Returns – 14 Day Money Back Guarantee
We are confident that you will love our products, but if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 14 days, offering a money-back guarantee even if the packaging has been opened. To return the product, it must be in its original packaging with all accessories, and all ordered items must be in perfect condition and labels intact. Please examine your order upon delivery for any defects or damage, and notify us immediately if there’s a problem.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please ensure that the return is sent with a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed returns.

Returned items must be undamaged, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Prints and posters must be returned in their original protective packaging, undamaged and without any bends or creases.

Processing Time:
Once your return is received, allow up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect. Shipping fees are non-refundable
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Should you choose to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. For assistance, please reach out to us at contact@subquestart.com, and we will reply within 24 hours.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you about the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will send you the refund to the payment method you have used during checkout.

Shipping
To initiate a return, please first contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address for our warehouse. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must use a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
The returned item must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of your return request being confirmed and authorized by our customer service team. Returns that arrive after this 14-day window may not be accepted for a refund.
Please be advised that the original shipping fees from your order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total

Exclusions to the Returns
- Damage Not Due to Defects caused by use, washing, or normal wear and tear.
- We offer refunds or replacements for items with manufacturing defects. To be eligible, the customer is responsible for inspecting the product immediately upon receipt. Any defects must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs and a description of the issue. Defects or damages that are reported more than 24 hours after the delivery date are not eligible for return
- Discounted and Sale Items are final sales and are not eligible for the 14 day money back guarantee return offer.
- Custom and personalized items with specific designs and features requested by the customer are not eligible for refunds or returns
